As Chief Financial Officer of NBS Technologies Inc., Bryan is responsible for the leadership of the global Finance organization.

Bryan joins NBS from Cygnal Technologies Corporation, a Toronto Stock Exchange listed company specializing in the design and building of wired and wireless communications networks, where he held the position of Vice President of Finance, until being appointed Vice President, Risk Management and Internal Controls. Prior to that, Bryan held Chief Financial Officer and senior finance roles in various technology companies. Bryan is a Certified General Accountant.
