FCM Dynamic Bending test machine and TCM Torsion Test machine have been designed for
smart card post production quality control.
These machines can be used in manual, step-by-step or automatic mode. A backward cycle
counter enables automatic switch off at the
end of the programmed sequence. Mechanical
stress is applied on the cards in accordance
with ISO 7816/1 standard. Cycle period
conforms to the ISO standard: 1 cycle/2s.
The FCM 100 / TCM 100 is part of the NBS central issuance solution where smart card manufacturing capabilities are required.
